Hi Greg: not strange at all I don’t use any kind of tracking app. Typically I’m in bed by 7:30 to 8pm. I shoot for 7–8 hours a night every night. Since I wake up at 3 no matter what, I’ve had to adjust at the other end. Some studies indicate that as we age our sleep patterns shift by a few hours. I was already an early riser. This just shoved me earlier by two hours.
