Just, dammit. Good for you. I am so SICK of people - including aid workers -who don't know shit about Africa. I've been there quite a few times, traveled a bit of it (it's too damn big, but I've done my share of countries) and I am constantly meeting Black Excellence. White folks in this regard are so incredibly ignorant. It'st not Just Whites though, most folks don't get how sophisticated much of Africa is. They don't need used clothing from a PTA drive (what an insult). They need better trade deals. But don't get me started. I've got a bug up my butt about this topic.
