First, YES. While I don’t know you, this much I do know: our bodies work better without toxic meds. As to your particular body, it depends, as with all things. You might take a look at one of the books I used to do precisely the same thing going on almost four years ago now (successfully, thanks)

The author is young, female, a doctor, a psychiatrist and holisitc healer. That’s one hell of a set of recommendations in my book. It’s worth a read.
While anecdotal information is little less than useless when asking what might work for our bodies, I can offer this: I did indeed cycle off. As a result a long, ugly laundry list of some 32 side effects simply dissipated. Including suicidal thoughts.
I did the research, made a chart, and drew dotted and solid lines where a med had a side effect. Every. Single. One.
They are all gone. Sad side effect? The extra ten that the one med kept at bay sits on my butt.
And. I don’t give a shit. I like my sanity, my clarity of mind, my memory, my clearer thinking, and I have my life back.
I still get migraines but I am no longer on a dangerous cocktail. And at 67 I’m a very serious international adventure athlete.
That, kindly, opposed to a doddering, frail little old granny addicted to pills that make her foggy, fall, and useless.
My choice. My life. My body. My brain. All I can offer is be patient. Wait and see. Big Pharma COUNTS on us to come running back and jump into the womb of the Matrix.
I choose life. I hope you do, too.
(this is a key update: Dr. Kelly Brogan, the author of the above recommended book, has since completely and utterly dishonored herself in the public eye through her remarkable claims that Covid kills because of fear, not because of germs. While the book has a lot of good things in it, I can no longer with good conscience recommend anything from Dr. Brogan. Caveat Emptor. Oh how the mighty fall, including Tesla, when they read too many of their own press releases. I stand by everything else I wrote, but I would eschew Brogan’s material at this point)
