Eri, what so many of us simply don’t understand is that right around the age where you are right now, Mother Nature has decided that our reproductive days are on the wane. That’s when she has designed us to start the slow deterioration process, because our use is largely over- to replicate. No matter that many of us choose to have kids much later in life; Her Grand Design is that by our mid-twenties our best physical years are done. Here’s the piece- we are uniquely designed to do a superb job of preventing a great deal of that deterioration of we take really good care of ourselves. Unfortunately we are in high denial of the aging process, and most especially how fast it happens. It seems that we’re in our fifties before we realize SHIT my body is getting old! Then whatever bad habits we’ve had have done a lot of damage. It is hard to really embrace what to do, how to prevent rapid deterioration, and take superb care of ourselves until we have begun to lose what we have. That’s a hard lesson. All too often, people have let themselves slide so far that it’s one hell of a mountain to try to climb. Not impossible, just challenging. Thanks for your comments.
