As I am currently in Africa, MK, so much of this rings true with the horrific dissonance of Here The Fuck We Go Again. While I won't hijack your points, I will simply add one. Any African animal herd that has a baby that is disabled or can't keep up, discards it for the big cats and hyenas to eat. They cannot waste precious resources to protect a bowlegged baby which will never fully thrive. While you and I might consider that cruel, that is just life. That is just Nature. That is how predators get fed, for they also have the right to feed their babies. Africa has ever offered me a billion damned hard lessons about life and humanity, and I see plenty of direct parallels to your points here. At some point, MK, you have to recognize, as do we all, that there are plenty of folks who don't wish to do the hard Deep Work, for whom recognition of what is happening (as in being eaten alive by White Supremacy, which is like having the foal you are birthing pulled out of your womb and promptly eaten by a pack of hyenas) is too hard. These are choices. There are always choices. Being Black and Rich, changes nothing. You're still Black, and with that come all the ugly facts of life about being Black in a world that doesn't want you here. And most certainly does not want Black Excellence and Achievement, if it means that costs White Superiority its useless arguments. But that's just me.
