As a lifelong bodybuilder (46 years and counting) I wish that you might have mentioned the simple truth that we all have a six pack. We ALL do. The trick is the reveal, and after the reveal, the maintenance. I have seen umpteen women like a photo of a woman with serious abs born of fitness model training, which means that's all she does because that's her JOB. Maintenace, and I speak from plenty of experience, is a bear. Like you I've had my share of eating disorders, but what is more important is recognizing why it's important to have those abs. Most just want them, without understanding the commitment to get and then keep them. You can get that perfect gram shot and never seem that ripped outline again for the rest of your life. We need to know WHY we want them. That will determine if we keep them.
