As a "jack" Catholic, Pete, you won't hear any argument from me, but I would add: Buddhism is just as bad, the Baptists, you name it. Religion + power=abuse. The robes might change color and the smell of incense changes, but the abuses don't. There is NOTHING about organized religion + depraved humans that is good. NOTHING. But don't get me started. I've written about this plenty enough in my own right.
