All my life for reasons I know only too well. However, while food is part of it, it’s not all of it. After spending six decades dealing with a host of anxiety-related problems, I’m done with both the traditional and non traditional approaches. Last week I stumbled on to Heal Your Pain, by Dr. Howard Schubiner. Not about pills or procedures. It’s how to rewire the anxiety. I have no clue if it will work, just starting now. I’m going to document. Because I am SO done with twenty migraines a month, and a host of other problems that I can trace back to early childhood and a military rape. From meditation to medicine to exercise to energy work I have tried it all. Doesn’t hurt to try this. Thanks for your piece.
