Alexa, not without a dose of humor (see Bruce's comment below) THIS alone is is going to Super Age you. For god's sake. While I don't know if you wrote this to be funny, in an otherwise thoughtful article about the aging process you just admitted to what is far more likely to ensure that you don't enjoy the present moment. I can't tell you what to do nor would I have that conceit. But I might posit that as a Millennial, if you want to make it to 68 where I am, and vibrant, which I am, you might consider letting go of the compulsive need to constantly improve, based on some notion that we need to fix ourselves. Sells a lotta shit. Makes us old before our time. There is no need to become an expert at these things, but that's just me. Which is why I started my aerial silks training two nights ago, halfway to 69. Again, that's just me, but it's a start. Healthy aging isn't supported by the life-sucking, energy killing pressure to BEBEBEBEBEBE BETTER all the goddamned time. Nothing happy about that at all. That doesn't say don't improve, but it does say, consider letting go of needing to be an "expert."
