Agree completely. I have a working title on my list of articles to do that deals with confirmation bias. If you and I have the courage to see that we are bias in the first place (competent incompetent) then that paves the way for growth and evolution. If we can’t then we enslave ourselves to unconscious incompetent, whilst at the same time feeling morally superior. Excellent points, Chris. And BTW have a great holiday.
