In too many, too much added sugar. And, if you buy the kind that is just nuts, better put a towel under the jar when you stir.

I used to love the stuff. BUT, as with so many good things, this is off my menu- ALL nuts and butters, because like many Americans I am an oxalate kidney stone former. Not all foods work for all of us, and it's important to keep our fingers on the pulse of our bodies over time.
